Delicious & Healthy Seafood Lunch/Dinner

Poached Shrimp (or Salmon)
Ingredients

  1. 8 oz. shrimp/salmon
  2. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. garlic salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Heat lemon juice and water in a pan on medium heat
  2. Add shrimp, garlic salt, and pepper
    • Shrimp will be cooked in about 2 minutes (flip the shrimp after 2 mins)
    • Salmon will be cooked in about 10 minutes (flip the salmon after 5 mins)
  1. ENJOY with a cup of brown rice and a cup of vegetables of your choice
