Poached Shrimp (or Salmon)
Ingredients- 8 oz. shrimp/salmon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- garlic salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat lemon juice and water in a pan on medium heat
- Add shrimp, garlic salt, and pepper
- Shrimp will be cooked in about 2 minutes (flip the shrimp after 2 mins)
- Salmon will be cooked in about 10 minutes (flip the salmon after 5 mins)
- ENJOY with a cup of brown rice and a cup of vegetables of your choice
