Smoothies Under 300 Calories

We often use protein and vitamin powdered products that we purchase from Vitamin World . Two of the most common products we use in our shakes and smoothies are the Whey Protein Isolate and the Green Source Life's Greens. Because my husband and I are active we use the Whey Protein as well as a post work out supplement.



#1 FAVORITE Blueberry Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla Precision Engineered Whey Protein Isolate
  • If you don't mind the taste of green source, you can also add 1 scoop


#2 FAVORITE Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop of green source (optional)


#3 NEWEST FAVORITE** Mango Banana Smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1/2 medium mango
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla Precision Engineered Whey Protein Isolate
